1) in addition to the product, marketing, tech, etc... create a “emergency” tag. This would be used to signify a rush approval is requested.

2) for proposals with any other tag than “emergency”, set a minimum time of 5 days before it can move from the proposal stage to the voting stage. This will ensure there is time to collect comments and clarification on the proposal.

3) keep the comments when moving from proposal stage to voting stage. Currently they are removed. This would help people make an informed decision on their vote.

4) allow comments to be tagged with “for”, “against”, “question”, and “clarification” tags. This would help people quickly move through the comments and keep them organized.
