There is a UI confusing path when clicking on Popsicle Stand that will only charge the pools available to stake in, and not show the rewards to claim. This issue is fixed by doing a 2nd click on the "Dashboard" button or by directly clicking on "Dashboard" (which seems to be in fact a 2nd page with the info from the stand + the rewards added on top of it) to go to the stand from any other page. It has been confusing for many people, who ask "where can I see my rewards?". I would advise therefore to rename "Dashboard" into "Popsicle Stand" and delete the "Popsicle Stand" link. It seems to be actually 2 different pages.
